The RT5141A is a multi-outputs integrated chip (MOIC) for Intel ICL/TGL platform. The RT5141A integrates 1 VID buck controller for VCCIN_AUX, 1 buck controller for VDDQ, 1 buck converter for V1P8A, 1 LDO for VPP and 1 terminator LDO for VTT or VDDQTX. Built-in sequencing base on ICL/TGL requirement is implemented in this chip for easy design. The RT5141A supports 3 DDR types as DDR4, LPDDR4, LPDDR4x. The RT5141A is equipped with complete protections such as current limit, OVP, UVP and OTP. The RT5141A is available in WQFN-32L 4x4 package.
